SETTLE|MY|YOUR DOCTOR CLIENT ID: WHERE'S MINE?

So, you just require to clear our doctor's bill. Easy, right? Not so fast! The website says I must enter my Client ID, but where am mine? This whole thing is driving me nuts! I've checked everywhere, but it darn Client ID seems to be missing. Maybe I just missed a clue? Could someone call customer service?? Help! This is truly a headache.

Has anyone else been having issues logging into PayMyDoctor/the PayMyDoctor app/their PayMyDoctor account?
